Virtual assistants, whether experienced or not, who are positive that they have the abilities necessary to succeed as virtual assistants are urged to consider whether or not they are willing to impart their knowledge to aspiring VAs. What does it mean to them, though? Are they prepared to split the pie given the fierce competition?
Everyone has the right to a good life and the ability to support themselves. To me, this is a fundamental human right. But not everyone has the necessary skills to take on the task of being a VA for a variety of reasons. As a result, many people continue to live in poverty despite their best attempts to fulfill their life objectives.
In light of this, the question is now put to successful VAs: Are you willing to assist aspiring VAs? perhaps adopt them as your apprentices through a paid apprenticeship program?
Perhaps our demands are unreasonable, but perhaps not. At Virtual Hug, we think that giving back to others is a certain method to get more blessings in life. Along with the chance to earn, we will also offer chances for seasoned VAs to connect with and engage with other VAs to open the door for talent sharing.
